Interesting.  However the judge's statement that legal action will take place if he doesn't open it seems ridiculous.  Legal action as already been taken and it determined that he must open the gate.  I would think a serious consequence like jail time for contempt of court or at least an escalating daily fine should have been included in the outcome.  Fines would need to be very large to get this guys attention but maybe the money collected could be utilized for ocean related causes.
