I am watching the forecast for Anchor Bay in hopes of going up to fish and pickup my recovered crab trap. I was amazed to see how much the forecasted conditions change so quickly. From zero swell to 15 in one hour? Has anyone seen it actually do that or is it just something that we see on a forecast. It looks like the 9th might be a good day to go out.

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.  ~John Buchan

Yeah Ken, it can be a real rollercoaster trying to plan a trip to the salt up north.  I tend to go anyway and just pray for the best...
