Was driving south on 101 passing over the Russian at Healdsburg  and noticed a canoe stuck in some brush just below the bridge looked in good shape. Guessing it was a coleman by the color. It's in the middle and would take another boat to get it but the water is dropping fast.

What you meant to say was you saw someone lost their canoe and you were going to try and recover it for them. You guys are awesome.

I didn't see it either. Plus parental responsibility required I keep moving plus daylight was fading fast. Tomorrow I will have a towel and rope in my car so I can go retrieve someone's lost canoe for them. I may jump in commando just to keep it interesting   :smt002

Every year many boats are washed downstream with the first high water when you live on the river it's your until someone sees it and claims it. I found a Willie one year but it was completely full of gravel spent a couple of hours digging it out was going to come back the next day but the water went back up and I never saw it again.

Yup. My neighbor picked up a sweet fiberglass job last winter.
