Thanks for the pics and captions BigDog!
Did you rent the yaks down there? Guided or on your own? I've been to Cabo & S.J.del Cabo to bodyboard, looks like inside Sea of Cortez?

Fishunter, it is the Sea of Cortez. A little resort 50 miles north of Cabo. They provide the kayaks as part of a package.

Chuck, they received quite a bit of damage. They are slowly getting it repaired. All of the water facing glass blew out of the dining area. Most of the roofs were damaged. They got everything essential going though. Service wise, you didn't even know it had happened.

That one bonito was pretty good sized.

How did you prepare the bonito?

Could be, I haven't seen too many skippies.  I saw the stripes on it and thought it was a bonnie.

Bet it was fun to catch though.  Skippies get a lot of grief that I don't understand....

It was a skippy. Put up a damn good fight too. I steaked it out and brought it home. Some of the little ones, we just took back to the room, got out the wasabi and had appetizers before dinner.
