I will be in Seward, AK next August(I know, a long ways out)  after a cruise and am looking for fishing and lodging at a reasonable price.  We want to do at least 1 day hali-bottom fishing, maybe a day yak fishing  and maybe some river fishing between Seward and Anchorage(where we fly out of)  Anybody have any info or contacts?

Thanks,

Jody

Here's a link to an Alaskan fishing forum. It's been around for years, and it seems like the folks there are mostly friendly to DSMFers ( that would be us)

Seward kayak fishing ... http://www.liquid-adventures.com/main.html

I'm trying to set up a trip up there next summer myself too.  Kind of like what we did in Ketchikan.  Probably in July, maybe early August.  If anyone is interested in such a trip, let me know.  I'll also start a separate thread once I get some details worked out with Chris Mautino, the owner of Liquid Adventures.

Hey Bill, we should have a "Travelling Kayak Fisherman" Forum.  I have a few trips I've been looking into that would be of interest to people here.
