Selling my 2007 jayco Baja 10y tent trailer. I was the only owner and it has been garaged the entire time I've owned it. It has everything the company offers except air conditioning although it is set up for air. This trailer has an indoor kitchen with sink stove and fridge both propane and electric. 7 gallon hot water tank with auto thermostat. It also has an flushable toilet not a portable like most tent trailers. The best part about the toilet is that for anyone who buys this trailer is that I have never used it so its as good as new. Solar has been added to this unit and it charges the batteries  throughout the day. With normal use I have never needed a generator. The trailer has a heater, king, queen and table bed, outdoor shower, built in stabilizing jacks. The storage up front fit my raptor 700, they claim it will fit 3 dirt bikes and I believe it. The side rails double as loading ramps, you can see the ramps on the back of my Nissan Frontier. I believe it is about 3000 lbs so my 6 cylinder pulled it with no issues. The trailer has electric brakes, I will also add the brake controller to who ever buys it. See the pics for the screened in porch. There is an area on the outside of the trailer to attach the BBQ to the trailer with propane hook ups. You can also remove the inside stove to the outside if you want. It has 2 5 lbs propane tanks and the battery I bought last year and has been stored disconnected. Has a full size spare tire that has never been used and I added tyron run flats in both tires plus the spare. The trailer is used so you will find normal flaws nothing major, no leaks, I just got back from Seattle so for sure no leaks. I also added a hitch to the back for or bike rack. You will not find a 2007 trailer of this kind in this shape largely because its been under a roof and surrounded by 4 walls. I still have all the paperwork for this unit along with all the paperwork for the equipment in the trailer. I am asking 8500.00. Below is a video you can check out. All the photos that were taken of the inside and also the photos taken on the street were from today, so they are current.

Sweet set up. Does anyone know if the roof structure could support a couple kayaks in the closed position?

Shouldn't be any problem putting yaks on the roof, I have a 2005 Fleetwood with a roof capacity of 150lbs in the OPEN position.  When closed, you can put a ton up there.

You can put a rack I never did because of the solar.
