Costco portable garage

Has anyone else used the 10x21 portable garage from Costco? I'm wondering about how long the tarp will last?

3 seasons if your lucky... Don't use if you have snow...

I'm in Sacramento so no snow. Does the tarp deteriorate faster in the heat or the bad weather?

the sun destroys... replacing tart is relatively cheap and easy to do.

Ok thanks! I bit the bullet and picked one up today so I hope it lasts.

I have one, if it is the same one from Costco (Shelter Logic) over my Pontoon boat.  We are on year 5 with it!  No rips or tears in the tarp yet.  I am guessing after this winter I will replace the tarp.  Full sun location from sun up to sun down, fyi.
