For the everyday low-price of FREE you too can own as much pine firewood as you desire.  We dropped 11 large pine trees today.  Each one was about 40' tall & 18-30" at the base.  They are on the ground awaiting you to cut all you want!!!  Lots of smaller diameter limbs that can be cut into great bonfire wood!  Why climb a tree for firewood when I've brought the wood to the ground for you ... No hidden fees, no interest rate, no telemarketing calls & no mailing lists or club cards to sign up for.  Good, dirty fun for all ages!!!

Limited time offer!!!!  Located about 15 minutes south if Gilroy right off 101.  Pull your truck right up to it.  Its NOT cut up so you'll need to bring a saw.  If I have time, I'll try to cut into 8' logs but I'm not full of time these days.

Man, we need wood very badly!  Temp dropped to 45 last night, and a few more of those and will be needing to start heating the house.  I guess I need to buy a chainsaw and a trailer though to get your free wood  :smt044

I would estimate there to be EASILY 6 cords of wood in the 10 pine trees.  We can't burn pine in our stove so it's useless to us.  I'll just cut it up this winter & toss it in the burn pile otherwise.

Is pine bad for use in wood stoves?

Low BTUs and high creosote. It's not ideal for indoor burning.  When we used to heat our house primarily with a wood stove we only used pine to start the fire, then switched to hard wood.

Edit:  It looks like some pine is better than others.  We had pondo pine which is pretty bad.  Here is a link that splains it all.

The creosode is the reason we don't burn in our antique stove.  This is mostly ideal for fire pits & outdoor burns.  It WILL burn hot!!!

Hook UP! I could use a truck bed worth for camping next year maybe we can meet at bills and split the cost of a chainsaw rental

I'll try to break out a few saws too if others want to come get the wood but don't have the means to cut it.

Sure thing!  Most of the trees are fairly straight.
