My drive is finally starting to make some weird noises and acting up.  Thinking I'll do a complete tear down to clean and lubricate parts this winter.

I heard its best to use lanolin grease and lanox (lanolin based) spray for lubrication and corrosion protection.   Anyone know where to find either of these?

Or for those of you that have worked on your mirage drives, what did you use for lubrication and corrosion protection?

If you ain't first, you're last.

For the occasional lubrication, I use breakfree, the stuff I use on my guns.   :smt003

I'm looking for this other stuff for a full teardown maintenance.

55gal!?  Let me know when you get that full tank Tony, I'll be over.   :smt044
