Their head of IT rents a home from me. But I gave him n his old lady a notice of lease termination so I'm prolly not his BFF right now.

Good luck we did that last yr took monts to get them out. I got a judgement and haven't seen any money. Not to mention there was about 10,000 in damage.  Most Damage occored after notice was given. get pictures when notice is given.
