Hey Jim or anybody,  Do you guys have a good, inexpensive wrist depth gauge you'd recommend?

I've got one on my scuba console, but I'm I think I'm gonna take a break from hook and line fishing and concentrate on spearing again.

I'm sure I have attention deficit disorder, bouncing from one thing to another.....good thing they didn't know what it was when I was a kid.

Sincerely,

Dave

Sorry Dave, just saw this today.

I have very little experience/knowledge with watches...I have a Suunto Mosquito that I got via PIF three/four years ago...and I barely know ho to use it.  :smt009

The advice james gave you is what I hear most often when people ask about watches...I need to save up a little $$ and upgrade too I think..

When you coming down to dive here with me?? Lemme know!

 :smt006

Sincerely,

Jim

I found a good deal on an Aeris F10 online awhile back and haven't been disappointed.

Thanks for the advice you guys.

Jim, I think I'm gonna head down there in about a month.  I want to get one of them sheephead.  Are they around in the winter?

Andres,

Does that watch show "surface interval time" (when you get to the surface is the clock running and showing how long you have been resting/breathing up for)?

If so, I might get it and give it a try...

Thanks dude.

Hell yeah Dave!

They don't come and go with the seasons like lings as far as I can tell...

Let me know when you are coming down and we'll get you out there.

Hey what up Jim, no bro that dive watch doesn't show surface interval wish it did though, I have to be looking at my watch every damn minute hah. Its a good watch though for the price it shows the depth and the time you've been down there works for me. If you or anyone has questions about the watch let me know  :smt006

Hop[e the Pyle works our for you. It did not get very good reviews.
Dave, are you looking merely for something that shows how deep you went?
I have a wrist mounted Bourdon tube gauge that might work for you.

Yeah Tote, I just want to see how deep I am......but if this is the tube gauge I'm think of, I think I have a hard time seeing it.  Is it the little tube curved around gauge?

I think I'm gonna just buy a wrist band that will hold my depth gauge from my scuba console.

Still get my limit.  :smt002
This has a max depth indicator. It's the small wire hand which can be reset to "0" by turning back the little knob on the top.

That's exactly what I'm looking for.  Do you want to sell it?
