I use a lemon juice mix.
Something I learned while working in restaurants years ago.
And a brillow pad.

Yeah, I guess I don't, afraid to wash the flavor off I guess.
thats what I thought.smokers are supposed to look a little dingy because its "seasoned".I thought your smoker was new also mr.matt that thing is spotless
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

    If you can save a few bucks, I would suggest getting a pellet smoker.  I smoke with a MAk and love it. Brined some salmon last week, used honey maple pellets and wow. Get down my brother and smoke on!!
