Kayak Fishing Blog and Tutorial

This is one of my all time favorite dishes. It's a simple dish that can be done with Rock Fish or a Lingcod.

The packets are Vietnamese shrimp fry seasoning(called gia vi tom rang muoi). The packets are sold together and one is a spice packet and the other is just cornstarch. Its basically a kit for making Vietnamese-style salty fried prawns.
