Hey all. Was wondering if anyone has experience with the Kokatat Kayak Academy Drysuit. The only cons I can see is no relief zipper and latex gaskets, but wouldn't be a deal breaker for me if the price is right. What do you think?

Pass on it.  When you need to pee bad, you'll realize why.

Yeah I get the relief zipper. I Would love to have the Kokatat Angler suit, but not in the budget, not even close. The hole pee thing would be no different than the chest waders I currently use for winter or a farmer John. Looking to ditch the waders for a safer option so l can hit the Big Blue.

Spend a fee more bucks an buy a Kokatat Angler suit. You will have way better breathabiliy, pea zip, socks, and a better warranty. Headwaters sells them for $510 plus tax for nCKA members. You will be glad you did.

Think I can get this suit for $200 or less. That's way I'm looking at it.  Don't have $500+ to blow on a suit.

Just stay or buy a fj wetsuit if money is an issue. Save up and get a better dry suit later
