Hi all!  I've been a kayak floater for years and just started crabbing and fishing off my kayak this past year in Trinidad Bay.  Having never hooked a fish before this month, I had a great day last weekend with four rock cods and a 30 inch ling.  if my picture posts correctly, you'll see my sit in kayak is very low tech so I'll be looking for pointers for adding on accessories that will make fishing life even better.

That looks like an awesome day:) Welcome. !
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Thanks for the welcome!  I'm happy to say that yesterday I caught my first 2 surf perch off the shore after trying for several weeks. Very encouraging. Nice to have both land and boat options.
