Sheriffs on Jetskis

I have heard reports that  at Berryessa the man has a fleet of  10-12  jetskis in the water  and is issuing BWIs  near the launch ramp. Me thinks this will be  a common ocurrance for the cash starved counties. Be on the lookout  for local law enforcement in the water at a launch ramp near you. No more drinking and paddling or peddling.

Is it illegal to paddle while intoxicated?.........shoot, what'll they think of next.

In your yak the only thing they should be able to get you on is a drunk in public. I'm guessing they are looking for drunk jet skiers and pb ers. Tuo cal has had cops on jet skis for years they don't bother anyone.
 Your safer with there presence than without.
And if your drinking so much your worried about a bwi I hope you have a a dd hauling you and your yak.

I live at berryessa... and they have 2-4 skis.. not sure on the DEWY on a yak lol
