Hello from San Mateo

Hi NCKA!

Here are some random tidbits about me:

I haven't really gone kayak angling yet, though I am planning to try Half Moon Bay in the next few weeks.
I really enjoyed freediving in the tropics, so I've bought a basic pole spear and plan to go hunting near Monterey next month.
My boat is a cheap inflatable, though it has managed to take the whole family camping on Tomales Bay.

NCKA seems like a good community: I've already benefitted from your posts and articles, and am glad to be a member now.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I'm heading to pillar point this Sunday, but since it is such a low tide I'll probably be poke-poling or snorkeling in the tide pools instead of trying the boat.
