That was fast. I wonder when the market will be saturated for hobie peddle kayaks. Seems like everyone and their mom has one these days. lol 

i actually was the first one to see it last night and passed on it.  it was a 2009 with the old mirage drive locks.  With the problems those had I didn't think that the price was right.

What problems might those be?  I have an '07 Adventure & '08 Outback and have NEVER had problems with the locks.

lol sorry didn't mean to get you worried but i have read and heard from others about the hulls needing to be replaced because of how it locked onto the mirage drivel.  somehow it cracked the hull and you had to ship the yak back to hobie and they would fix it.  i read about someone having it happen 4x on the same yak and each time hobie fixed it.  Dont know if they still do this for free.. they may charge.  one of the reasons I pass on the yak last night.  I also didn't like the way the rudder deployed.  it was a lever deploy the newer ones have a cord pull deploy system.

I used to own a 09 Revo, it came Click and Go not Cam Lock Knobs.

I don't think that problem had anything to do with the locks.  The hull issue you speak of was on 2006 or older Outbacks I believe.   Also if I'm not mistaken, 2009 models had the new click in locks.

sorry the seller said it was either a 2009 or 2010.  I assumed that it was an 09 because of the older style locks

The mystery buyer would be me!   Having watched those Hobie's come and go FAST for the past few months, I jumped on this one.   It's in good, clean shape.  I hope to get it out on the water next week.
