I think this is not so unusual--At least for the Salt Pont Area.  You have to be selective and careful and pick your days.    The wind always blows in spring and early summer.  Just wait till Fall.   :smt004

It hasn't been that bad.  It just forces me to do other things like diving, hiking, and river kayaking.  If the ocean was perfect all the time it would get over fished.

Fishing has been great or better than last year, typical Norcal weather.  Fall season should bring better conditions.

June is always tough. Windy on the weekends, calm midweek :smt013
That said, I've been doing well so far in 2014, but all that means is a couple of good trips.
I'm looking forward to November and crabbing season.

Randomness rules the universe. Perseverance is the only path to success..but luck sometimes works too.

it will all get glassy and  nice in fall ...in time for the men in grey suits to return...makes it fun when it's all glassy and calm and you see something move in the far off distance... :smt005
We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be.

I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.

People aren’t supposed to look back. I’m certainly not going to do it anymore.”

I blame BROCKMAN!!

I accept the blame, I got big shoulders......forgive me friends, I disturbed the tides!
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.
