Help w/ sign in

been trying to sign in, but i forgot my password (erased all cookies). is the username case sensitive?

the "forgot password" isn't doing it for me either as it doesn't seem to recognize my username matching to my e-mail

please send me the info to sign on at [email protected]

Are you sure of the email account?  I have two and have made that mistake myself.
