Big News!!!   Lowrance is donating a couple Elite 4 HDI fishfinders with built in GPS! What should we do with these?

I think we are going to add these to the Poker, Prime Rib, Cigar package. Sound good?

Damn I'd love to win a new FF!

I've been trying to convince some kayaker friends of mine to sign up.  They expressed interest, especially when they learned it's not necessarily a "largest fish takes all" type of tournament and that an angler could very easily win it with a bunch of nice greenling or rockfish.  Hopefully they sign up!

Just a thought...but how about spreading the prizes around a little more for those of us that don't take this tourney too serious. Maybe a prize for largest of each species ? , That way it's not just a winner take all, because even I can get lucky once in awhile... :smt003, and / or raffle off a couple small prizes so if someone has a bad day ( ie : sick, no fish ) they may get something to brighten thier day.

Remember to practice safe knots, because big fish don't just break your line, they also break your heart.

Duct tape, what a concept!  Two years without, might have to try it this year.  I am in for the Barbie pole challenge (with a actual Barbie Pole) and I believe my teammate Crash is in too.

FYI - ALL of my fish from last year was caught on the Barbie pole, NONE on my other poles for whatever reason.
