Morel cherry finally popped

Drove up 120 ayer to find enough morel to fill the dryer.

Wtf!!! Where you guys finding these?? Everywhere I've looked has been bone dry with no signs o any fungal life. Good score!!

Most were found at the bottom of shallow canyons with light brush under White Fir/ Cedar.  Where downed dead and burnt trees were evident .  Ground was damp.  Really scorched areas had none.  Edge of burns with some trees still alive standing.
