Does anyone know specifically what part of the bay the bloom is effecting?
Monterey, Santa Cruz, whole bay??

If this gets rid of the over population of Sea Lions I'm all for it.

If this gets rid of the over population of Sea Lions I'm all for it.

They're heading toward Hawaii for a nice long vacation
