I got the ok from my boss, so I'll be there! :-)
I will bring a few extra folding chairs.

Hey Bill, do you think you can bring a spare Lowrance power cable? (or even a spare power/transducer cable) Then maybe people can bring their own fish finders too.

I shot an e-mail out requesting some extra power cords earlier today from Lowrance.  I will be bringing the following units (and a large power supply) to play with:  Elite 7 HDI, Elite 5, HDS 5, HDS 9 Touch & some various Elite 4 units (last years model).  I am trying to get my hands on some of the new Elite 4 units and maybe a new CHIRP model by Tuesday.

Working on a PowerPoint presentation for it this weekend & picked up a TV so everyone can see rather than trying to huddle around a laptop.

Thanks!

Bill
Hi Bill,
I have a portable screen and projector I can bring if you want to hook your laptop to it for your PowerPoint presentation.

Steve,

Thanks for the offer.  I have one on loan as well.  Bringing a large flat screen to display on as 1st choice but the projector might be the backup.  Been wanting to buy a projector ... got the tv instead.

   Thanks though!

BREAKING NEWS......
I just picked up some Lowrance SWAG for the first handful of people to show up for the event.  I also have 2, yes TWO, awesome Lowrance gifts to give away to 2 lucky people who attend!

Not going to say what they are but I can say that they are valued at over $200 each!
   See you all soon!!!!

Maybe my Elite 4 is new enough. I got it in november. Haven't had it in the water yet. I'll bring it just in case.

Hopefully we will have more in the very near future.  This one will be the intro to more!  There is a LOT that can be covered and I can taylor a session to most any topic within the line as needed.  I don't want to let anyone down so I have a LOT of slides in the presentation so tonight we can touch on anything from "what unit suites me best" to fishfinder, gps, CHIRP, networking (NMEA 0183/2000), chart chips, rebates/offers, warranty, transducer selection, Broadband/DownScan/Hybrid Dual Imaging, StructureScan & even SpotlightScan ... phew!  I have ~20 hours spent preparing the slides this week.  Bringing LOTS of units to play with tonight!!!!!

Not sure if I'm gonna make it.

Hard to justify 5 hours of driving for 3 hours of chillin'.

Still mentally wrestling with myself...

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

Wish I could be there! Still looking to buy my first fish finder. How are the portable ones? I like the idea of not having a huge battery in my yak. Looking for dual band, under $200, B&W with a mountable transducer.

Woohoo I don't have to drag the kids with me tonight! So I'll bring you a beer, Bill. I plan to be there pretty early to help setup etc.
