Very helpful - thanks !

For those in the Napa area, you can add Trancas Crossing Park and Oxbow Park to the list. Both are decent put-in spots if you want to explore/fish the upper tidal reaches of the Napa River. It's a bit of a walk from the parking areas to both of the launch spots so wheels come in really handy. Neither launch site is paved or anything, but they have gradual dirt banks and shallow sandy beach areas for easy put ins. At Oxbow, just follow the paved trail to the left and then take the gravel trail through the trees and you'll end at a small beach directly across the river from the Oxbow Marketplace.

Much easier to launch at the municipal golf course just a couple miles south of OXbow. They are dredging out the river finishing the $100 million dollar flood control project...so it's a mess right now up river.  The estuary and river near the municipal golf course is fun to explore....and the boat launch is FREE! :)  You can also launch at the   following locations for free!

No doubt, but the launch you're talking about (also known as Kennedy Park) was already on the list. I was just trying to add some of the lease traveled/known spots. Kennedy Park or Cuttings Wharf are definitely the best launches on the river.
