i'm eyeing the shad forum on fishsniffer like a hawk. i'm waiting for some shad

That picture looks like a good place. I highly doubt your car would be ok if you parked there though.
I've never fishe that spot. It's the opposite side of the port. Always wanted to but that parking area is sketchy at best.

Saturday the High Tide is at 2:57pm @ 6.7'

FYI-Usually right around 2 hours before the high tide is when we see the most action out there. Stop by Penny's and pick up some minnows,Jumbo's are perferred but larges will work too.
