Don't get me started on the a-holes on motorcycles who try & "lane share" with me while traffic is flowing at posted speed limit.  I understand when traffic is slow, because modern superbikes overheat in traffic.

The sign says slow traffic keep right. It isn't traffic if it's just one car. Traffic is when there are so many cars that you can't do the speed limit. So if I'm not using more than one car, I can never be traffic and I can drive wherever I want to. I got in an argument with a cop about this, and he said that I had to go the speed limit. He can't even point to the law that says I'm traffic if I'm only using one car. Words have meanings.

What about the guy who used the carpool lane by himself because he was carrying a document in the car that is considered a "person" through some proxy or something.  Think he was trying to take that one up the level of courts.  Took him nearly 10 years to get "pulled" in the commuter lane JUST SO he could fight this battle.

So if the speed limit is 50 and you are in the left lane going 50, and other traffic wants to pass, are you operating a "slow moving vehicle" with a duty to keep right?

I try to avoid passing on the right. Because it's dangerous. For everybody. You don't know the skill-level of the person you're passing...I mean, you could be Ricky Effin Bobby and still get crushed by the dummy you're passing.
