Last week Brian and I took the Informative Fisherman kayak bassin. This wa the first show Nick has done on kayak fishing. We launched at Brian's house in Stockton and fished the private lake. The camera guy followed us around in a electric powered pontoon. We had a blast a caught several fish. Nick out fished us all. Not bad for his first time in a kayak. He's 6'6 and 260 and he stood all day long his the Jackson Vig Rig. It was impressive to see how easy he adapted. I think we got him hooked. Check out the preview video. The show drops on April 4th. I will post it up when it comes out.

That's cool.  I like his videos and have learned a ton about fishing the delta from him.

My grandpa's best friend used to live on the lake and I remember catching lots of catfish on hot dogs in the summer at BBQs. . Used to pedal a 4 person paddle boat over over that lake.

Man I have wondered when someone would get him into a kayak! I've seen a ton of his videos and have learned a bunch from him as well.   And how cool is it that Dan was able to do it and be in a IF video???  Shoot I bet a bunch of Jackson's get sold after that video airs!

Remember to practice safe knots, because big fish don't just break your line, they also break your heart.
