All,

I just recieved in the mail a brand new chef's jacket from Chef himself!

It will be going to the tie dye artist when I get the hat (taps toe) and will be a paired set for the victor in each series.

We need to decide if we want to inscribe the names on the hat or the jacket....

Chime in on this decision.

I think it would be more visible to have the names on the back of the jacket  :smt002

I'd vote for putting the names on the Hat since some of the big-boned guys may not actually fit into the jacket.

And you can wear the hat on the water at the next tourney... kind of like the guy with the yellow jersey in the Tour de France.

My two cents.

KZ,

That is a good point.  It is a pullover style jacket in large.  I usually wear an extra large T and it fits, but anyone over my 200# frame is not really gonna fit the jacket.

The hat will fit everyone.

I'm just stoked about the jacket!

I think I have found a local artist that will donate the dye job, I find out this weekend.

Sounds best to me. :smt004

Yeah, that was the orginal idea and then Chef tossed in the coat...

I'm pretty sure that we will inscribe the hat.

I'm gonna make it a rule that the current champion MUST wear the hat in each following competition until dethroned.  Although, who wouldn't be proud to wear a tie dye chef hat while fishing?

Well if you meant the current BAM Champion, I won't be there this year - but i would've proudly rocked the chef hat for the duration of the tourny.

If you mean the current champion of the latest tourny then that would be Erik, who will not be at BAMII either.  :smt009

This will apply to the Money For Friends tour.

Currently H2OSpider is the reigning champ.

Don't forget a chinstrap on the hat, those hats are less than aerodynamic. We don't want a good wind to hit it and send it into the abyss. Plus I want that thing in pristine condtion when it's my turn.....
it may be 20 years from now but my time's a comin!!  :laughing7:   what a :knob:
