Does someone have any intel on fly patterns for this lake?
I haven't found too much info online about bug wanding this lake.
I guess clousers and streamers below and poppers on top is standard, but anyone have a CL sure bet?

I would imagine that a saltwater streamer or a foam frog would net you some strikes.

Just arrived, Elite 7HDI. This thing is awesome and will go to some lucky angler on June 28th. Get those registrations in guys, cut pre-reg cutoff is coming up quick!.

Holy smokes! I wasn't planning to attend this event, but all these prizes are certainly tempting. But the fact all proceeds are going to be donated is what really gets my interest. Is this event like a continuation of the FreshKats series? I don't know how you guys manage to solicit so many cool prizes for an event that just sprung up. It seems like everybody who enters will win something.

Ding Ding Ding... winner winner. We really working hard to create the best possible event. I'm going to do my best to get as many prizes in as many hands as possible and not spend a $1. Yes, all remaining proceeds go to charity and yes this is part of the fresh KATs series . If we can get a good turn out we might do one more at the Port  . I hope to see you there. 

With all these great prizes is there a raffle?  If so how much do I need to bring?  I would really love to give away my Humminbird that is pissing me off if I win that Lowrance unit.

I might also have two 4HDI units to give away. But receiving these units as support will be based solely on attendance numbers and a last minute call. But the 7HDI will be a prize.

No raffle is planned but it's a great idea. I have a few extra items I'm trying to line up including a pair of wheelezz. If all goes well and I can get these other items than a small raffle will be a go. $5 a ticket and yes 100% of that $$ will go to PIF.

   Looks like Lowrance is stepping up tall for this one.  Still trying to work on a way to make it up there for the event to support the efforts.  Being it is my girls birthday that day .... um, yeah ... let's just say .... I'm working on it.

Any update on cashing the checks? Mine still hasn't come through my bank and I want to be sure there wasn't a mail snafu.

Also, I can't find the start time.

I deposited one batch on Sunday. Maybe with the holiday it takes a bit longer. Let me know if nothing shows by Wednesday.

No roll call on this one, but you're a good enough angler to know you really not fishing against others. At any point anyone can do well, so if you really think about it, you're really fishing against yourself... managing distractions, picking the right species, right baits, locations, etc. Well at least that is how I look at it.

Look forward to seeing you at the event bro... just you or fam too? Lil' dude must be getting big.
