Can't catch a break that guy....... 

head over shoulder and changing center of gravity...everything else was just crowded or gearing issues...when he went over his shoulder it was mostly all over...just like a crane picking up a load and going out off of the picking zone...takes very little to complete the fulcrum principle

Center of gravity:
The center of gravity of any object is the point in the object around which its weight is evenly distributed. If you could put a support under that point, you could balance the object on the support.

Rookie! I have made all those mistakes myself. he needs to learn to gaff, I was waiting for it to go in his leg!

Slimies are usually an australian term for mackerel.  greenbacks.

Since he was riding a surf ski I woulda guessed south africa but I know that they're getting more popular down under too.
