Yep, Tough as nails.  I run 30# braid and it holds a lot.  Not sure about WSB-a-lot, but a lot.  Great on a steelhead rod or salmon stick for sure so why not both? ;)

3) Nixter - PM sent
4) Rock Hopper - PM sent
5) JRFiss - PM and email sent

trianglelaguna - I'm not sure if all five guys before you are actually buying. So, if one of 'em is not interested I'll let you know.

It's a solid reel with lots drag pressure. This is the reel I caught a 9ft thresher shark with. Mine is the 2012 version though...the ones that were on sale for $130 @ ALF. I shoulda bought like 10 of em when they were on sale, then sold them on craigslist for $200 (for a $700 profit?).

At the time of sale, these reels were selling for $200-$230 on eBay. I was tempted to sell it there but I wanted to buy a Bass boat so I kept the reels. Plans have changed and funds are needed for a different hobby. I could sell these on eBay for $180 but it's not worth the effort.

If you plan on a lot of salt use you are going to want to upgrade to ceramics and change the grease. The grease from the factory sucks. The bearings are not that great either for how we treat our stuff( gets wet a lot if you fish a lot)
