man...my gal works at a hospital and even though she got the flu shot this year ,she still got some kind of chest cold -crud....she went a week with it and I was fine...then it hit me...going on a week now and maybe turning the corner...this kind of stuff comes and goes though...kind of stuff that turns into bronchitis after 2 or 3 weeks of peaks and valleys ....spent the week buzzed out on night time cold meds and slept for 4 days...seem to be getting better....miracle weight loss for sure

anyone else have this stuff going around in their area????....sounds like i'm  losing my voice every morning for about an hour hacking junk up...nice...

Hang in there bro! I got the same thing last month and still haven't fully recovered. I'm headed to the doctors again tomorrow. Hope you get better soon.

I feel 75% better today...would love to go surf fishing -but I know I could rest and fishing may make this last much longer...sign of feeling better though -thinking about fishing ...stay off ebay with all this down time   :smt005

YES! Been wondering this as well

Stared with a very sore throat/ears for a week. Sleeping for a week on meds.

Then it went to a awful sinus infection..

Then to the worst ear infection I have ever had, ears been filled to the max with fluid, and can barely hear out of it.

Then my daughter came home with pink eye and i picked that up.

On week 3 my ear is still filled with fluid, on antibiotics.

Now everything seems to be moving to my chest, im hoping it comes out.

I usually go the  z-pack anti biotics route to avoid it turning into bronchitis ,but, last time a doctor gave me a prescription for a nasal spray and inhaler and I seemed to get better each time I used it...well this time I had the inhaler still  and started using it morning and afternoon and it seemed to keep the junk out of my lungs...

maybe see if they will give you the nose spray and inhaler...they said this stuff is not affected by anti's...i still always take them...but the inhaler seems to work too...gets the lungs clearing and puts medicine in them....anyways worth a try....my gal has been resiting using the inhaler we had left over and I have been using it....she seems to have chest problems more than me...we both got meenie greeines though

hope you feel better....

Hope you feel better, bp.  Your symptom sounded like how mine started out. Never had an ear infection till this year and that was at the end of January and beginning Febuary/ till now my right ear doesn't feel or hear the same. Sounds like i'm' under water.
