gaff & bonker sets

Finished the second of two gaff & bonker sets.

I think they would probably float. I used a seasoned redwood & sealed it, and they are pretty light.
I tore my hand up doing the knotwork, so no retreads. as is only.

The inspiration for all these comes from a photo in a coffee table book I have called "weapon". In it there is a pic of a cedar halibut club from the Tlingit tribe, meant to subdue Pacific halibut. It is a thing of beauty.

I've got two more in the works with oak and white cedar. Pics to follow.
