Hello Everyone,
I haven't fished in the last couple of years and decided to get myself a Kayak to motivate myself back into fishing.  However I've never really experienced kayaking outside of renting canoes from campgrounds but I'm generally a fast learner.  So I got myself an Old Town Predator 13, because of the good reviews I've read about it.  I'm taking everything slow and will probably stay in lakes and The delta this summer but I do want to get out to go rock fishing and catch some halibut in HMB.  I hope to learn as much as possible from you guys so feel free to share some knowledge.

-Alex

I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.

Welcome Alex! I am new here and feel at home already.

Oh, my first tip for you is, make sure to put your drain plug in before you launch  :smt006
