A big thank you for the awesome winners plaques for AOTY. Mine was very appropriate with a big Verm on it. My 23" Vermillion was by far my favorite catch this year.
        Thanks again, Rob

Ditto that. Sean is amazing. I've got three of his plaques. I love them.

Sean's the man. I have one passed down from two historical figures: Bill to Joel to Me. Looking at it right now.

you guys are so awesome.  :smt006
Thanks so much for all the kind words. I'm proud to be a part of this whole scene, and to think that my artwork might represent our pursuit of big fish from very small boats....kinda blows my mind a little (in a good way).

the 2013 AOTY awards were on some coastal cypress wood, from a tree my neighbor grew from a seedling. When they cut it down he slabbed some but it did not cure straight, and almost all the pieces warped. I thought it was perfect for the awards since to place in the top 3 of AOTY takes someone a little twisted :smt001

Rob, I'm super stoked that the verm has additional meaning for ya. That was probably a happy accident, but sometimes those are the best kind.

Stay tuned for some pics of what I'll bring to Shelter Cove in 2014.

& thanks again!

I had to buy my Piscean artwork, but I still love it and trip out on it every single day.  Thanks for making my house cool, Sean.

Nice totem! I may invest in a carving chainsaw kit this year just to do some poles like that. I have a line on some straight knobcone and fir logs that would make good beginner projects.
I went to see a buddy who rebuilds saws with the intention of getting a small husky to set up as a carver, but ended up walking out with a 460 rancher instead (work before play)

sale prices for my pieces generally hover in the $200 range, but much like tattoo work the prices can vary greatly :smt002.
