Hello. I grew up fishing the NC Outer Banks and NYC, but moved to SF about 2 years ago. Been lubbin' the land here without a boat; rockfishing between Marin and Big Sur, salmon in the Straights, and lots of crabbing with the kiddies (4 and 7 yo).

Recently picked up an old Wilderness Ride 135, however, so I will be getting that rigged and ready to resume kayak fishing after a nearly 15 year hiatus.  After looking through this sight for even a short time, I can tell it's full of good people and info. Look forward to joining in.
Thanks fish!

Thanks all. Rest assured, you will see me out there and I'm looking forward to joining an NCKA fishing flotilla when RGC opens, when salmon show up or IF halibut ever come in this year. Meanwhile I will be exploiting your collective experience for advice and gear.
Thanks fish!
