Time to VOTE for Report of the Month: January

Eric said he's gonna win it next month with an epic rainy-day steelhead redemption story. Or at least, that's what I'm expecting to happen. Don't let me down bro!

 

I thought Jim had also nominated my dive post, but no sweat - I'm glad to wait for another round.   

Good job putting this together, Pat.  I like how it encourages people to think more about the story they're telling with their post.  It's a report, and the more thorough and true to your heart it is the more people will enjoy it and give you credit.  Sharing and appreciating at NCKA, discussing and working through issues, and learning new things about new places and people are probably the best thing I've experienced online anywhere.  ROTM adds to that, and I look forward to seeing it play out through the year.

My bad Eric..I originally nominated your dive post, and then changed my nomination to your hiking/shorefishing report, then saw that you wanted me not to nominate that one so switched my nomination to IceColdChuck's epic SWS dive report...a 70+ pound stringer taken with a pole spear that includes a 31 pound Ling, 25+ inch cabbie and solid Verm is very impressive IMO and worthy of a nomination.   

I still love all your reports though, and have no doubt I will be nominating you again this month.

It's basically down to 2 reports.

I set the poll to expire after 7 days...so it's open til Feb 8 @ 3pm. That seems like plenty of time (perhaps too much time). So the winner will be announced after the poll expires.
