Update: the $100 group site is mysteriously booked for Saturday March 1st...
So we have to get the $200 group site (but its bigger, allows more people/cars, has better bbq, ampitheater, etc).
That's $400 for Friday & Saturday.
Anybody willing to pitch in and help with the cost of the site?

Man, I love the immense interest in our annual FnC at the Forebay!! Ya know I'm in! I'll have the campsite reserved for the weekend. Since Pat took care of our campsite last year, I'll take care of half the entire cost. And like Glen said, we can all pitch in to take take care of the other half depending the length of stay.

Stoked ! Was just drifting off and dreaming about it. Just caught a nice striper in my mind. . Probably gonna just day use it. Talk to the wife about what kinda food offering to the N.C.K.A gods I will bring. . Hope to make it !!!!

Live bait

A lot of looking at the fish finder to locate a school then live bait drop to them... Sometimes we get lucky and find them boiling on the surface so have something ready to toss to them

I usually troll around until I locate some fish, then deploy a live minnow (from the baitshop in Santa Nella) and drift around. Trolling with an alabama rig or rapala or swimbait or bucktail jig or spoon... You can also anchor near one of the inlets/outlets and soak bait while eating lunch etc.

 
  Although I had fun t last years event, even though no fish action for me, I won't be able to make this trip due to work travel out to chandler AZ. Mar 2nd.
 I remember it got freaky cold there at night.
