Forebay usually stays close to constant.  Upper lake is LOW

not even sure the main lake is open to fishing from the ramp. You would need to bring a sleeping bag, lantern and food for the distance you would need to travel just to get to the water. J/K

Smaller pop-ups should be fine, but 5th wheels and RV's are a bit of a stretch.
