Thule 430 tracker foot

I've got 4 of the 430 tracker feet. ONLY the top portion though. No locks either. I haven't looked to see if the bottom part that attaches to the vehicle is sold separately or not. I will trade for beer. Not crap beer.

The bottom part is sold separately, due to different ways of attaching to different makes of cars.
