Rob has a giant pop up and I know we will need a few more, just not sure how many.  Racinracidrob will have a good idea of how many we need,,,

I am gonna bring the full galley. I am also bringing food to make breakfast burritos in the am and ground beef tacos with all the trimmings and cheese quesadiilas for lunch. Donuts are a great addition to that. It would be great if someone could bring a big cooler full of water and drinks. In addition, we need someone to bring all the paper plates forks and napkins. Having a few extra e-z ups could go a long ways also. Firewood.Someone needs to bring it. It is gonna be cold and rainy. We need fire for ambiance,warmth and morale. If there is no fire ring, then someone needs to bring one.

I have the paper goods,  a fire would be great,  sure helped at Del Valle during the Ice Storm….

If anyone has one of those wash tubs, those work for a fire ring.  Any metal container with sides and a bottom would work.  All it has to do is hold the wood, be portable and not let the fire touch the earth. 

We need to see if a fire will be legal to have there on State Park property.

I will bring drinks, soda, h20, stove and stuff for coffee, and hot chocolate.

     I've have the right park person to talk too and I'll check into it tomorrow…   my guess is it's probably not OK...

 

Even if it's raining I'd say no to the fire.

  Not usually our way,  but, The Heart of this storm is going to pass through right in the middle of our event.

High winds, Heavy Rains and Thunder Storms…  I know many of us would welcome a challenging day in a storm, but with all that we need to do to make this successful,

we need to reschedule…  I'll contact everyone …

it's never easy, not to mention the work it takes to stop this train and redirect it…
