All up and down the coast! Till 9pm fri night... BIG swell long duration with abnormal sneeker waves... Storms in alaska do this. Gonna be BIG out there. Breakwaters and shorelines getting hammered. Lots of food into the water so perch and halibut could be in close feeding in bodega this weekend... Bring fishing gear to Crabfest....  :smt006
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Was working in the Marin Headlands on Tuesday and there were 20 ft waves breaking on the North Bar off Rodeo Beach/Pt Diablo - pretty spectacular.  Those big wave surfers have my respect for sure.

Can watch the competition live in HD right here: http://www.mavericksinvitational.com/

There aren't any webcams pointed at the ghost tree area. But it probably isn't as big considering the swell direction.
