I have to put together a little friendly eating competition at my restaurant in Santa Cruz (thaihouse of Santa Cruz)
The challenge is spicy papaya salad, which contain: 10 imported Thai chilies, 10 habanero's and  3 ghost chilies ... These are some of the spiciest chili in the world. This is not an easy competition only one person have succeeded.
It's $10 for the dish if u dont finish. Winner get a free T-shirt and a picture on my wall at the restaurant. 
Anyone can come in at any time and order the dish. you are competing against yourself.
-take as much time as u need.
- drink as much water as u want(h2o only)
-no help from anyone

I Just got back from Thailand and I had to ask the my local Som Tum guy to only use two thai peppers. It looks hot but I would like to try the next time I am in Santa Cruz.
