Myself and Tessa walked to the Willow Brook overcrossing this morning. This is the upper part of the Petaluma River( tidal slough). The king tides pushed up some sort of floating craft from somewhere. The tide was running out( it's still tidal up this far) so we have to wait until tomorrow. Hightide tomorrow morning at the upper drawbridge is at 7:30 am 6.9 ft. Gonna be enough to paddle up and get the prize. Some old growth oaks around there too. Anyone up for an early morning paddle?

I had one of those a few years back until someone stole it off my dock. It's a nice little boat, perfect for ponds and small lakes like Rancho Seco. If you actually pull it out let me know if you want to sell it.

I'm in Petaluma right now Craig. Don't think I can get out in the morning with you though. On a secret mission and will be on the coast at 10am.
