Cheap house at Mag Bay

  Just ran into a buddy who's been trying to sell his house in San Carlos, Baja. He is going blind so he can't use a computer. I should have asked him if he has an agent.
It's a walled compound and he wanted 50k. Some road just washed out below Tiajuana and I think it was the last straw. He is literally ready to give it away (except the outboard moter on his boat).
