Ouch.  That sucks.

I use my own vehicle whenever doing a job over the weekend, and have to tie down my rear glass in a similar fashion.  Now reconsidering lol.

Make a template out of cardboard take the cardboard down to tAP Plastics and have them cut you a new window I did mine for $45 and the window was even thicker then the original

if you are an employee (as opposed to a an indy contractor) you shouldn't have to shell out a dime to fix that.
