That's a nice offer,thank you, but I do have a set of malones that work fine. I hope to lots of salt this year and just needed to upgrade.   

Yeah, had the window bungee'd down, guess the bump was just hard enough to bounce it.
At least it's fixable.

I use my own vehicle whenever doing a job over the weekend, and have to tie down my rear glass in a similar fashion.  Now reconsidering lol.

Make a template out of cardboard take the cardboard down to tAP Plastics and have them cut you a new window I did mine for $45 and the window was even thicker then the original

if you are an employee (as opposed to a an indy contractor) you shouldn't have to shell out a dime to fix that.
