Going to hit the wall one last time this year.(try 18) :smt006  Launch at 0800 to an incoming tide (high just after 1000), so I will work the flagpole hole and the Ballena channel entrance.

Yup - for another big fat ZERO   Very nice day, a little cool, flat calm, no birds working, no fish bitting, water temp 50 -51, bait = anchovies.  Off the water at 1230.  18 tries and only 4 halis for the year -- 2 13#'s and 2 5#'s.  Oh well, this is a new year for more tries!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I hope I get some :smt007

Hopefully halibut fishing will get better this around here this year. Time to get ready for the dinos. Good luck out there and thanks for the report.
