Hi I'm Mark... my user name is my name spelled backwards.  It either sounds dirty or slightly fishing related in a dirty way. LOL.

Anyway, I used to fish/crab off Pacifica Pier and jumped on a few Salmon/RF charters but since finding this site, I may give that up!  A while back, my wife and I picked up a Perception Tribe 13.5 which I think should be able to make a decent fishing/crabbing platform to start out with.

It seems I'll be makings some mods to it and buying more gear!  Thanks for sharing all your adventures and knowledge.  I hope to meet some of you OTW soon!

Be careful, the madness is strong.  Once you start purchasing gear, all bets are off.

And no harm in still fishing the charters every once in a while.  I do with my non-yak friends and family.
