Fish Junky joined me at Berryessa this AM for some trout patrol.  We launched at 7 and began trolling immediately at the ramp.  We spent the day trying different lures, depths and speeds at various places around the lake.  Junky drew first blood with a   2 pound clean trout.  I followed up later with a 3 pounder.  We ended the day with 4 to the boat ranging from 1.5 to 3 pounds.  A nice day on the water despite the cold and frosty conditions.  A few photos for your approval…

The seas were "rough" today.

Yours truly with my contribution.  Yeas these hats are very stylish.

Them are some nice trout! never had the pleasure to fish that lake I might have to make a trip one weekend or weekday. Thanks for sharing. I do dig the hats. Still have a couple of my Air Force issued ones. Its cold enough now i could brake them out of storage.
